Our Future Vision Strategic Plan is a three year plan facilitated and prepared by Janet Green and Associates. It has involved a range of stakeholders - Board members and Staff, Volunteers, clients, other service providers and locally based agencies.
All participated in surveys, planning workshops, interviews and a focus group. Ideas generated were developed, exploring what SSCA-MNC is and what it's future vision, strategic directions and focus will be.
