South Sydney Community Aid Coop - Ltd is a Charitable organisation. We highly appreciate donations from companies, businesses and from the general public.
Donations to support our projects and events can be made directly to our administration office, please contact us on (02) 9319 4073.

QUALIFICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
a) membership may be corporate or individual
b) Agencies actively engaged in social services in the area may apply, or be invited to apply, for membership and shall be designated as ‘Agency Members’
c) Groups and organisations interested in social services in the area but not actively engated, may apply or be invited to apply for membership and designated ‘Society Members’
d) Corporate, Agency, Society or Organisational Members shall be represented by individuals nominated in writing by their organisation as their representative or alternate representative
e) Each member, whether individual, Corporate, Agency, Society or Organisational, in attendance at meetings, shall have one vote only as per Rule 55, regardless of the number of shares held and there shall be no proxy votes as per Section 86 (9) of the Act
f) There shall be no joint shareholding
g) A member who has no contact with the Society for a period of two years may have their share or shares forfeited as provided in Rule 22
h)Members shall all;
1)Accept the object of the Society and the obligations of active membership
2)Be 18 years of age or over
3)Be individuals or organisations, but
4)There shall be no joint shareholding
i)Incorporated organisations shall be represented by individuals nominated in writing by their organisation as their representative or alternative representative, in accordance with Section 46 (7) of the Act, and unincorporated organisations or bodies by individual members.
