Information, Advocacy and Referral :-

  • Telephone advice from Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4.30pm.

  • Walk in and by appointment face to face advice 5 days per week.

  • Information on service provision is located across agencies in Sydney and is extremely well networked within Multicultural and General Service information directories as a result of our 39 years of service provision.

  • Providing culturally and linguistically diverse information includes information resources translated into community languages, assisting with and teaching people how to use the telephone interpreting service, providing help and assistance from bilingual workers and volunteers.

Advocacy and Referral includes :-

  • To government and non-governmental organisations, some of these include :-


  • The Department of Immigration and Multicultural affairs.

  • Centrelink.

  • The Department of Housing.

  • The Department of Community Services.

  • Local, state and federal government agencies.

  • Non-Government agencies.

  • The Health Department and Hospitals.

  • Redfern Legal Centre.

  • With Politicians.

  • General inquiries.
